The contexte
Pernod Ricard is a French company specialized in the manufacture and distribution of wines and spirits. With a portfolio of 240 premium brands present in more than 160 countries, the group is currently number 2 in the world. In May 2020, the company started a strategic digital transformation program called "Global Digital Acceleration". The company's goal is to build business tools in the form of SaaS (Software as a Service) applications that are dedicated to the various businesses of the group's employees around the world (marketing, distribution, sales, promotion, etc.). In order to carry out this project, the company needed a unique design system for all its products.
Objectives
Build a Design System for Pernord Ricard. Ensure the hand-off on the different products. Create a documentation source.

Best Result
A SAAS tool was released internationally within the pernod ricard teams with the new DS Archipelago. Thanks to this action we were able to prove that our design system was reliable, which reassured the project sponsors. The Zeroheight, the documentation source of Pernod Ricard's design system has been released externally.

Frustration
Because of the large number of products connected to the Ds and with the last updates of Figma it is difficult to optimize the DS in the best possible way.
